– Review Treasurer’s Report
– 2025 Dues
– 1 homeowner have still not paid dues for 2025
– 1 homeowner still owes legal and late fees
– 2026 Billing Update
– 2026 Electronic Payment Update – need to gather emails
– 2 homes sold in 2025 thus far
– Online access for 1st Source Account – for online payments for 2026

2) Maintenance/Landscaping Committee Report – Jim Sweeney & Erik Lundry
– Updates on our service providers
– Mow/trim/fertilize – Rios is going well and has good customer service
– Sprinkler system – no issues
– Lake
– Aquatic Weed – new fish are in the lake
– Lake Pump has been repaired/replaced, cost around $25,000
– Other Updates
– East Entrance electrical repairs update – Need AEP to complete repairs
– Tree planting to replace trees along path lost during storm to be completed in fall
– West entrance signs are up thanks to resident who volunteered to paint them
– Weeds & mulch along path recently got completed

3) Social Committee Report – Leigh Cataldo, Leah Gerbeth, Lauren Plennert & Maggie Veldman
2025 Events
Spring Garage Sale – went well, looking into getting a Goodwill pick up truck for next year
4th of July Parade – fun family event with about 50 people in attendance
Block Party
– Sunday, 9/7 from 1-3pm, Taddington Ct.
– Reach out to Taddington Ct. residents as needed for yard usage
– Reserve vendors this summer (Kona Ice, Sweet Treats)
– Reach out to residents for yard games for the event
Turkey Trot
– Thursday, 11/27 at 9:30am, Taddington Ct.
Holiday Lights Competition
– Dates TBD
Other
– Veteran’s Day Appreciation Flags & Entrance Banners
– Holiday Wreaths will get new bows this year
– Hooks on west wall are there and ready to use

4) Communications / Publicity Committee – Lauren Plennert & Leah Gerbeth
– Website email subscribers – 117 Subscribers
– Facebook group members – 142 Facebook members
– Discussed collecting e-mail addresses for all residents for dues payment purposes

5) Architectural Control Committee Report – Carole Pascarella & Kevin Cullen
– Little Free Library will get weeded and sprayed
– Pool and fence request (ongoing)
– Privacy wall discussion

6) Covenants Committee – Carole Pascarella & Kevin Cullen
– Post Lights – should be on after dark
– Beaches – Reminders to keep clean
– No rentals of homes are allowed.
– Reminders for maintenance of property & landscaping, storm drains clear, etc.
– Lake Committee creation for 2026 (2 residents who live on the lake and President)
