– Aquatic Weed – new fish are in the lake
– Lake Pump has been repaired/replaced, cost around $25,000

– East Entrance electrical repairs update – Need AEP to complete repairs
– Tree planting to replace trees along path lost during storm to be completed in fall
– West entrance signs are up thanks to resident who volunteered to paint them
– Weeds & mulch along path recently got completed

– 2025 Events
– Spring Garage Sale – went well, looking into getting a Goodwill pick up truck for next year
– 4th of July Parade – fun family event with about 50 people in attendance
– Block Party
– Sunday, 9/7 from 1-3pm, Taddington Ct.
– Reach out to Taddington Ct. residents as needed for yard usage
– Reserve vendors this summer (Kona Ice, Sweet Treats)
– Reach out to residents for yard games for the event

– Discussed collecting e-mail addresses for all residents for dues payment purposes

– Little Free Library will get weeded and sprayed
– Pool and fence request (ongoing)
– Privacy wall discussion
6) Covenants Committee – Carole Pascarella & Kevin Cullen
– Post Lights – should be on after dark
– Beaches – Reminders to keep clean
– No rentals of homes are allowed.
– Reminders for maintenance of property & landscaping, storm drains clear, etc.
– Lake Committee creation for 2026 (2 residents who live on the lake and President)
