Architectural Control Committee (3): Contact for homeowners seeking project approval, responsible for reviewing project submissions and approving as outlined by the covenants and established guidelines by the Board of Governors.

Communications/Publicity Committee (2): Responsible for electronic communications, posting announcements on neighborhood website and social media pages, website and social media page admin and maintenance, neighborhood watch.

Covenants Committee (3): Responsible for ensuring compliance to covenants and communication to homeowners on lack of compliance. If possible changes to covenants, responsible for exploring suggested changes and ensuring the process to possible changes to covenants, communication to homeowners on lack of compliance.

Lake Committee (3): Responsible for maintaining documentation of lake equipment and related processes, serve as contact for maintenance for lake equipment as well as soliciting bids and managing service providers for lake (e.g., aquatic weed control, etc.), and oversee overall lake health and lake water levels.

Maintenance Committee/Landscaping Committee (3): Contact for infrastructure maintenance, such as sprinkler system, entrance lights, AEP lights, entrance walls. Also responsible for developing guidelines for work to be performed and soliciting competitive bid proposals for mowing and landscaping, fertilizing, plantings as needed, etc.

Social Committee (5): Responsible for welcoming new neighbors, seasonal decorations at the entrances, social events (Easter Egg Hunt, Spring Garage Sale, 4th of July Parade, End of Summer Block Party, Holiday Lights Contest, etc.)
